Service Description

HIIT stands for high intensity interval training and is a calorie burning high energy class. It consists of several rounds of fast paced short bursts of movement. You give 90-100% effort for 20-30 seconds. Exercises are plyometric and cardio based. Rest is minimal between exercises and longer between rounds. As always, we start with a warmup, end with a cool down and all classes are modifiable to your ability level.
