Happy Friday!! Here's your reminder to not let the weekend be your weak -end.
Be intentional with all of your choices. 1. Set a plan for eating out at restaurants, look at the menu ahead of time.
2. Plan your workout and bedtimes.
3. Schedule some time for self care.
4. Hydrate but don't drink all of your daily calories!
(Headed to nashvillle and these are some of the things I planned for myself so that I can have a great time without all the guilt on Monday)
