Week 3 is a huge week as far as nutrition goes. If you are following along with the cheat sheets we will swap out the white stuff for "brown" stuff - I use the term brown loosely because it could mean squash or sweet potatoes instead of white pasta or potatoes. It could mean cabbage and lettuce wraps instead of white bread. Stevia or monk fruit sweetener instead of white sugar.
So try to continue adding greens and eliminating sugary drinks.
