Let's talk about this week's nutrtition goals. Healthy habits are about balance. There is no way you can maintain a restrictive diet and give your all in bootcamp each week. So, while this week's goal is to eliminate or cut back on sugar, sugary drinks and empty calories I want you to choose the amount you cut back intentionally. The right amount for you is the amount that you can sustain for the next 5 weeks (or even forever). I have some really great supplements and the cheat sheet has really great alternative drinks. Just let me know if you want/need more help.

In addition to nutrition, there is a step goal of 10,000K steps (by the end of the week for beginners) keep track of your steps and try to increase each day until you reach your goal. Sometimes it just means marching in place at work or while you are making dinner. <-- I actually do this a lot.
