After your first class .. pro tips:

  1. Do some more stretching before bed.

  2. Drink a full glass of water.

  3. Eat more protein.

  4. Take a hot (not scalding 😉) shower.

  5. Continue to move. It helps rid the muscles of lactic acid and soreness!
